Mansfield, Texas is building a new 68,000-square-foot City Hall at Heritage and Regency parkways inside The Reserve, a $1 billion mixed-use district anchored by a half-mile canal loop. Construction is roughly half complete on the three-story municipal complex, with staff scheduled to move in during spring 2027. The total construction package approved by City Council comes to about $69.8 million, financed through city debt issued in Fiscal Year 2025 rather than a voter-approved bond.
